Return policy
This section covers the small set of physical reference goods. Digital guides, if offered separately, will include their own download terms at checkout.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and postmarked within fourteen days of the delivery scan shown on the carrier record.
How to start a return
Email the desk with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We reply with the return address label instructions.
Refunds
After the package is received and inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method when possible. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged goods
Photograph the outer box and the affected item, then attach the files to your message. We coordinate a replacement or refund based on availability.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock. If a replacement is unavailable, we process a refund instead.
